IAD provides remote and onsite Trouble shooting. Offsite trouble shooting can be easily accomplished by videoing how you are using our catheters and then uploading the video for our analysis. We will review and provide consultation based on our findings. Please make comments about your concerns as you go through the process steps when making the video. Click on “Project Actions” Then “Upload” on the pull-down menu to load your video.
